How do I enable subdomains?
It is very likely that sub-domains have already been enabled by default. You may see a message that says the following " Note: This feature must be enabled manually on your account. Please contact support if you paid for it and it is not enabled. If you are receiving errors about the subdomain not resolving to a valid IP address, subdomains are not enabled on your account. " This, however, does not mean that sub-domains are not enabled. If you receive any further error messages when attempting to set up sub-domains, send a support ticket and we will enable them for you. support@mercuryd.com |
