How do the backups work? Basically we take a disk image of the server's file system. This is then filed. The most recent backup is then used in the event of a server crash or hardware failure. We cannot restore individual files from this backup. If you wish to have a personal backup, you should keep a copy on your computer at all times AND use the backup tool in the Cpanel.
